Hi,
I've just bought 2 DL380e gen8 server, and i have the same issue on both : no usb input is possible (so... no keyboard) and i can't type anything on ilo's remote control, Could you help me please ?

Assuming these were used, USB may be disabled in RBSU. Power off, open the cover, set SW6 of the maintenance switch 'on' and power up the system to reset NVRAM, once the reset message is displayed, power off, turn 'off' SW6 and NVRAM will be reset to factory default.
