W2k "freeze"
Hi there,
our customer is running three DL380 with W2k. (SmartStart 4.80, SSD 5.04).
At least every two days, the OS freezes without any message in the event log.
Anyone got an idea ??

Re: W2k "freeze"
Run the Compaq server diagnostics program. Print out the server health log from the Inspect report. See if any errors are logged at the time of the system freezes. If not, you may have a memory or over heating processor problem. Perform the diagnostic memory and processor tests over night. See if the system fails during the tests. You can download and make the Compaq diagnostic disk from this web address.
