Not sure but less chance to find the warranty.

Better to create a case on HPE support.

Do you have any support plan with HPE?

You could try using the warranty check website from HPE: https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home

Enter the serial number and product number of the drive when prompted.
