The site I'm using is below:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/WarrantyLookup.jsp?country=CA&prodSeriesId=366505&prodTypeId=329290
The product numbers I'm searching for are
Compaq Proliant 6000
Compaq ML 570
Compaq and HP DL 380
Proliant 1600R
Proliant 1850R
HP DL 580
Compaq 5500
I know some of these server are well passed their warranty date but I still need to make a case for the warranty end date.
Thanks in advance,
Kyle

Re: Warranty lookup site and Product Number
It can be difficult to find the porduct number sometimes without a reciept or anything like that.
The best thing I would suggest to do is this:
Put the serial numbers in an email, call HP and open a case. Then send the email to support@atl.hp.com with the case number in the subject line.
Ask the agent to check those and they are very easy to get and should take less than about 5 mins.
If you also prefer, post them in the forums if you're comfortable with that, and I'll check them for you and post back.
Thanks
Chris

Re: Warranty lookup site and Product Number
You should take a look through the HP Product Bulliten. You should be able to find the product numbers for all those devices.
and
Quickspecs for Proliant 6000 - " http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/north_america_10-1999/10046_na.PDF "
5500 (PII based) - " http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/north_america_10-1999/10044_na.PDF "
PIII based - " http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/north_america_10-1999/10279_na.PDF"
Found those three in October of 1999.

Re: Warranty lookup site and Product Number
These G1 systems will have a 12 digit serial number. You can enter a Compaq 12 digit serial number at your original warranty page without requiring a product code. You can then see the product code from the results.
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/WarrantyLookup.jsp?country=CA&prodSeriesId=366505&prodTypeId=329290
I have just entered the serial number for my Proliant 1600 and it gives me the details OK without needing a product code.
I hope this helps.

Re: Warranty lookup site and Product Number
All of the previous URL's posted in this thread are no longer functional as they refer to an HP Inc tool that does not cover servers.
The current URL for HPE server warranty lookup is https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home
