What is "C:\psp\hpkeyclick.exe"?

What is "C:\psp\hpkeyclick.exe"? It comes with Intelligent Provisioning of Windows Server 2012 R2.

It's a tool used during the automated IP installation process and should have been removed during the IP cleaup process once the installation was complete
