What is "FTSOPTIMIZE" during the Initial Setup of a HPE Gen10 server ?

Hello, first time setting up a Gen10 server and during the initial setup of the Intelligent Provisioning I stumbled across 'FTSOPTIMIZE'.

I could choose one of these three options: FTSGENERAL, FTSFILE, FTSVMWARE

and had these two sliders below: FTSENABLEF10 and FTSENABLEFW

So I figured out that FTSENABLEF10 will enable/disable the 'F10' key used to get into the Intelligent Provisioning during startup. However, I have no idea what any of the other options is supposed to do. I consulted the "Intelligent Provisioning User Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen10 Servers and HPE Synergy" but the words 'FTS' isn't even in there. In the chapter for the initial setup it simply reads :

6. Automatically optimize your server.

Google was unexpectedly unhelpful, and even searching on the HPE site returns no results. What is this option supposed to do ? What option am I supposed to choose ?

Thanks for the help

Hi,

I believe FTS stands for "First Time Setup".

Thank You!
