SolutionAccording to the QuickSpecs document, the system can accept anything from as low as 90 volts up to 264 volts.

The power table indicates that on 115V, this server will take a nominal current of 10.4A, so you should pick a cable that is thick enough to handle at least 10A of current without heating up.

Disclaimer: I'm not very familiar with US power sockets. My information comes from here:

In general, you'll need power cords that will handle the _maximum_ this system can draw. This is to avoid the danger of cables overheating and burning in case one of the PSUs fails and all the power needed by a maximally-configured DL585 goes through just one cable.
Based on these two web pages, you would seem to need HP E7802A cables and NEMA 2-20 or NEMA 5-20 sockets to plug them into. The different socket type guarantees that the wiring from the socket to the circuit breaker and the breaker itself is adequately sized for the load.
Consult your local electrician for more information, if necessary.

The DL585G1 can be plugged into a standard 120v power outlet.
The power cord you need is a
Nema 5-15P to IEC320-C19.
The nema 5-15p is a convention 120volt three prong plug.
At the server end, the C19 is a slightly bigger plug than the C13 that are normally on desktop systems.
The HP part numbers are
option # 235603-001
spare part # 237457-001
Even if you can't get then from HP, this type of power cord is eash to find, just make sure it is rated for at least 12A
