Problem is with the manual on that link, that i don't know to parse for what texts in the windows system event log.... maybe somebody know what kind of text i need to process RAID messages?

If you have iLO Advanced, you can send Hardware Mail Alerts also direct from the iLO.

This is simple and works if OS is running or not.

Additional, if you configure iLO Remote Support Direct, the Server opens automatic a Support Case on Hardware failure.

How cool is this?

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, it's pretty cool, but it does not seems to be cool enough for my chief - he don't want to buy a licence for it...:-(

because of that, i ask here for an aliternative solution, e.g. to parse the windows system log then send a mail if there is an entry with a RAID problem...

Nobody seems to know which text i in the windows syslog i have to parse to send eraid status notifications via mail...?
