bl10e enclosure

i have 2 bl10e enclosures. the red led on the front of them is lit up indicating that there is a failure. everything is working on both enclosures as they are in production and both full of web servers. also, there is a red led lit up on the back of the devices above where it says 'switch'. the integrated administrator status also indicated failed status. anybody run across something similar? Please let me know..thanks in advance
