Busted graphics adapter on Proliant DL145

The onboard graphics adapter is busted, and we were hoping that installing a PCI adapter would solve our problem. Now the trouble is that the computer will not boot off the PCI graphics adapter. Only after the current installation of Windows loads up will we finally see an image on the screen.

This is highly frustrating because now we cannot get into the BIOS at all, we can't install a new OS, etc. If someone could at least point us in the right direction to get this fixed, we'd really appreciate it.
