can't install Windows NT4.0 on proliant ML370

hi,

I tried to install windows NT4.0 and i have lot of problems. I tried this instructions :

1) Boot the server using Smart Start CD
2) run the system Erase
3) Boot the server using Smart Start CD
4) Chosse to install windows NT
5) Insert CD install of NT4.0
6) Press F6 on following message "Setup is inspecting.."
7) Choose Compaq integrated Smart Array /42xx/43xx controlers
.....
8) Detect IDE CD-Rom and let me to choose drivers for Hard Drive
9) Choose Compaq 32-bit SCSI Controlers for windows NT4.0
10) Next windows, we told me there is no hard drive on machine and i have to quit

I can install windows NT4.0 if i follow this instructions :

5) Insert CD install of NT4.0
6) Press F6 on following message "Setup is inspecting.."

7) Choose Compaq 32-bit SCSI Controlers for windows NT4.0
.....
8) Detect IDE CD-Rom and Compaq 32-bit SCSI Controlers for windows NT4.0
10) Install windows NT4.0.
11) At the end of installation, there is a blue screen.

So.... i don't know how to solve my problem. I flashed Bios, can i do
another thing ?
