DL120 G5 Server

Just got it in and no smartstart CD with it, is there a smartstart for the DL120 Server? and my second problem, as with no smartstart and I do not have a floppy drive I can not install the drivers when I boot windows 2003 and press F6...

Can anyone provide assistance on how to get the O/S installed?

I Have the same problem. I can't install the OS WindowsServer2003 R2. I do not use the embedded SATA controller, but an array LSI controller in PCI slot.

For DL120 G5 are Embedded Storage Controlers, they should be compatible to the HP OS you received. If you are using own storage controller like LSI check if the drivers are for your ROM version of the controller card (mayby you need to upgrade card bios and then try the newiest drivers at OS installation).
