DL360G4 & DL360G4p

I have a DL360 G4 with two fiber channel cards LSI (FC909) and a EUROLOGIC SHELF with 7 fc disks (5*146GB & 2*18.2 GB). There are no problems with the DL360G4. With the DL360G4p i can only put the LSI card in the slot one. If i put the card in the slot two i can see the card, i can enter into the bios but i can't see the disks. I try with a gigabit card NC7170 in the slot one and another gigabit intel in the slot two and the server don't see the card in the slot two. I try to pass HP DIAG and there are no problems. Is there any limitations with the G4p ? I think the problem is when a card have a bios. I try all this card on a 8500 and no problems with the cards. both servers are not any more under guarantee
