DL380R02 Non system disk error - controller? how to?

Simple, had a server that has some older data on it, didn't even know it stopped working until today. Basically the Hard drives no longer power up and are unseen by the system.

What steps should I take to fix this issue and get my server back?

I've tried this morning unseating everything (RAM, HD's Controller) and waiting an hour to no avail.

Is there anything I can do, or it it a part I need to replace? Thanks for the help in this matter!

you can try to go into the smart-array controller bios at POST (ctrl-A or alt-A i think).
Look if this disables spin-up of the disks at power-on.
If they really don't spin-up you'll need to replace them.
