DL385 Doesn't boot properly

We had a poweroutage and this DL385 is the only machine not on UPS. The machine came back on, but the monitor light was blinking no signal, the SCSI disks all lit up... but no ping or anything.

We hard booted it several times and the same result. We opened it up, did nothing, closed the top and plugged the power in... and suddenly it turned on and started working.

I'm not sure if it has to do with booting with the video and/or keyboards being plugged in that has the problem.
