DL580 G3 w/SmartArray 6404 errors

Hi

I am experiencing some real difficulty with a server setup and would appreciate any advice. Here is the setup first of all..

DL580 G3 server
2 x SmartArray 6404 w/512MB BBWC upgrade (plugged into Slot 3 and Slot 5)
4 x MSA30 dual bus (2 boxes per controller)
Windows Server 2003 SP1

I am running lastest server firmware and drivers. I keep getting the following and there seems to be no pattern to it...

ERROR: The device, \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm2, did not respond within the timeout period.

WARNING: SCSI bus fault occurred on Storage Box box 0, , Port 1 of
Array Controller in slot 5.
This may result in a "downshift" in transfer rate for one or more hard drives on the bus.

WARNING: SCSI bus fault occurred on Storage Box box 0, , Port 0 of
Array Controller in slot 5.
This may result in a "downshift" in transfer rate for one or more hard drives on the bus.

The errors seem to switch between the controller boards and ports. Has anyone experienced this before? What more can I try to resolve?
