DL580, "internal health" LED on and no power after battery replacement.

I replaced the quarter-size battery in my Proliant DL580 and now the, "internal health" LED on the front is red, and it won't powerup. Any clues what's up? Where to start troubleshooting?

Thanx, tom.c

Re: DL580, "internal health" LED on and no power after battery replacement.

if you really had not touch or reset any hardware, beside battery..
Pull power cord out, press and hold power switch for 10 seconds (static discharge), Reset memory board and CPU, reconnect Power cable and Power up. If no go; try same steps with Reset NVRAM/ CMOS from system maintains switch #6 (Peripheral board slot). Beside that RED LED you need to verify Interlock and Diagnostic LED status for Amber.

After I reseated everything I had removed to get to the battery everything worked just fine. I kept looking at the battery as a source of the problem, and needed to look at the bigger picture.
