DL580 Server Restarts For No Reason

One of my DL580 servefrs restarts for no apparent reason. On the Proliant integrated Management log Viewer, the followin message apears : "Blue Screen Trap (Bug Check, Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x00000018, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xBA476634).
The Server is runnig Windows 2003 SP1, and Exchange 2003 SP1. Any sugestions on where to find support material would be very highly appretiated.

Best Regards and Many Thanks,
Matan

Re: DL580 Server Restarts For No Reason

I suggest you load the latest Support pack for the server. you can download it from the hp site or use latest smartstart CD.(7.30?)

I did look in the event viewer and as usual it was very useless.

Anyway, it would be good to install the latest support pack for Windows 2003

0XD1 mostly SW related where HW can't handle resource conflict/addressing/kernel ..etc
Firstly run firmware CD 7.30
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/22722.html
Secondly from ADD/Remove Programs and From NIC Card Propertied uninstall all COMPAQ/HP Application and Utilities, Network Configuration
Than run full install for http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/22274.html
Verify Bus population in DL580; make sure split cards between bus by load and rates
What you Generation 2 or 3 or 1

pull out any third party HW if installed
see MSKB for additional 0xD1
