DPCs + HP NC373i Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter
Hi there,
I have a problem with high DPCs (deferred procedure calls) on some servers. Servers provide file services. After some investigation I find that bxvbdx.sys drivers calls very high numbers of DPCs (over 4 milions calls during 20 minutes) and start eats from 15% to almost all CPU. I have a lot of servers but not all are affected, basically only two or three. All this means lags on network and slow respondings. Driver level & workload are the same. NW card is loaded in peaks under 8%, let's say 100Mbit, but for only limited time. Mostly under 40Mbit. Basically nothing what other servers doing without problems.
I will try to upgrade NW drivers but not sure this help. If somebody have some idea, please let me know. I am really desperate.
Have a nice day,
Rado
