Drive not showing up on Proliant ML530

The drive in bay1/Drive 1 physically shows RED but appears to be functioning normally. However, Insight Manger shows the drives as 0,2,3,4,5,6, instead of Drives 0,1,2,3,4,5. Although the drive 1 has been skipped, it's been pushed to Drive 2 and all drives are still accounted for. Anyone seen this?
