Ethernet Controller not working - PROLIANT MICROSERVER

I have a HP PROLIANT MICROSERVER G7 N40L (S/N: Confidential Info Erased)

S.O.: WINDOWNS SERVER 2008 R2 SP1 FOUNDATION

I cannot get my Broadband connection working through the Ethernet port. When I plug in my cable, the lights are on (around the port) however the system is not picking the connection. I noticed that through my hardware scanm the Ethernet Controller has a question mark against it. How do I correct this issue?
Anither message I find is "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
