EXPANSION ROM NOT INITIALIZED
"EXPANSION ROM NOT INITIALIZED - PCI MASS CONTROLLER....."
my windows XP does recogonize the card, and we are able to use the card also... but I do believe that the scsi card can perform much better when there is no error message on the card itself. is there a way to remedy this issue? please let me know. Thanks.

You can verify Firmware/BIOS for Card If available and for Desktop, additionally you can see what Options is available for you from SCSI card ROM options
LSI 20160 = 64/66 (you need to know right description)
