Fan Speed Help
I have a dl380 G1 that i have reloaded with Windows2003 SBS in Raid 5 config and the fans are running at high speed and will not step down to low speed? Any Ideas?

install the insight management agents, that should take care of this as without the agents, no monitoring/control is done.
