Front LED's
On a ML310g4 what does the left LED signify when it is red? What does this LED monitor?
Other than the server is offline, I did a warm boot twice, once after re-seating memory modules. This all happened about one hour into a new install. I temporarily removed power, and re-applied, that seemed to fix the problem.

Re: Front LED's
What O/S are you running? If you're running windows look in the event viewer to see if there's anything in there.
Have you installed the System management homepage? You can see logs in there that tell you of things that have gone wrong.
I had a red light on an ML370 once and it turned out that one of the RAM sticks was dead. When we replaced it the server performance improved dramatically.
