GbE2c upgrade 2.0.0 to 2.0.50 port mismatch

I have upgraded one of our GbE2c switches to 2.0.50 and am unable to enable ports 1-16. I get the following error : Error Server port X cannot be enable because of a mismatch. I have reset the switch back to factory defaults with no success. Any help is greatly appreciated.
