Help! DL380G5 fans problem cant start server

Hi All,

I have DL350G5 and after today restart all six case fun's are reported as failed on front panel diagnostic, if i reinsert fan front panel removes error but fan is not spinning, also server is not responding on keyboard and on monitor nothing is shown.

We tested all fans on other server and all of them are working properly.

Any idea?
