How do i install Server 2016 on the HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10?

I'm having an issue where the new HPE Proliant MS gen 10 is not reconizing my USB thumb drive, it has MS Server 2016 on it, trying to install it. It doen't give me the option to boot to it.
