HP DL360G3
I have a server HP DL360 G3 with 2 72GB HD running in RAID 0+1. Is it possible to upgrade the harddisk to 144G with rebuild the OS and application. Please advice.

power down box pull one
power up let System see missing Drive
add New 144GB
After Rebuild successfully done same with second Drive
after Disk manager next step
Prior any step
Firmware and Drivers + ACU Update to latest and greatest

Thanks for your response. So the logical drive will be still 72GB or 144GB. Do the RAID will expand automatically or need create another logical drive. Thanks

Depend on the type of Logical disc, default basic you can expand from Windows or Create from Unused space also prior That you need to upsize space from ACU also or create new Logical.
Read trough User guide it might help also review one of the resent thread for safe precaution
