HP DL380 G5

hello,
we use a DL380 G5 server with code 391835-B21.
would like to upgrade the CPU to E5420.
Even after a firmware upgrade the system refuses to boot.

What is wrong, according to all info the server supports the E5420 CPU.

- Start and do nothing?

I have updated the BIOS to he latest version and it solved the problem.
