Hp neoware e90 os capabilities

hi, i've installed in my server HP Proliant ml350 g5 windows server 2003 sbs r2 and hp neoware image manager installed, i need to know what i can do....

i have 10 thin clients hp neoware e90 in lan and i want each person can access with his credential from any thin client and find exactly his user profile (desktop documents....), can i install in each thin client different software?
like a traditional pc who can load os directly from server..... or can i install windows xp in a usb key and boot from it and use e90 like a tradional pc?
