HP Proliant 370 G4 Not Booting

Hi all,
We have an HP Proliant 370 G4 Server which has been working for the past 2 years, we powered the Server off because we had a problem with our UPS.

Afterwards, we powered on the server. Every thing looks like its working well but nothing shows on the console(screen) and can not be accessed from the network. I have tested with other power modules, tested with a new VGA card.

All the light on the board show green meaning the system is healthy.
Please help with suggestions as to what could be wrong with my Server.

I cannot Connect to ILO, I Cannot access the IP on the network. Any clues ????

Try re-seating the memory.
After that, I would say a system board...

I have re-seated the memories, CPUs, PPMs, the Raid disks and all other removeable parts, All the LED Lights on the board conform to the standard from HP. I have not experienced anything like this before.

Nothing shows on the screen including the the post(bios) messages, but the PC boots with the indicator lights all showing normal.

I have got EXACTLY the same problem with my HP Proliant DL380 G4

I have tried all the same things as you...

did you ever manage to correct the problem? its driving me mad!
