HP Proliant BL20p G3

I migrated last week to Blade platform. Server is acting as webserver. In 3-day period server stop responding (server is OK, but communication from the internet is stopped). All blades are able to communicate internally but not to the internet and also are not visible from the internet. After restart everything all right. In the eventlogs I cannot find something connected to this problem.
I think, that can be problem with NIC driver which is in version 8.39.1.0.
Some ideas?

Re: HP Proliant BL20p G3

Is that happened on the both sides: A and B?
What you use for Interconnects?
Type of enclosure: G2?

Re: HP Proliant BL20p G3

I am using classic Interconnect RJ45 patch panel and I am using last two connectors for each blade (port 3 and 4). Internally are server connected with crosslinked cable CAT6 and each server has its own connection to the internet. Problem is connected to this internet connection.

Re: HP Proliant BL20p G3

Slightly confused with configuration, how you connect them .... However 3 and 4 it's a B side and if you don't use any redundant link from A side you loose access to net... ?

See attachment
A1 port 1
A2 port 2
B1 port 4
B2 port 3
