HP Proliant ML370 G5 Server boot to cd

I have installed Netware 6.5 SP7 on this server. I want to access the Smart Start cd. The directions say put it in shut it down and restart and it will boot to it. Mine does not. It keeps booting up to my operating system. Is there a way to force a cd boot with this server.

Insert the bootable SmartStart CD. Power on or reboot the server. Press the F9 key when prompted to enter the RBSU (ROM-Based Setup Utility). Adjust the boot order placing the optical drive before the hard drive. Reboot again, and it should launch SmartStart. If it doesn't the optical drive may be faulty or the CD may not have been burned correctly.
