It is posible to configure two ML350 to use the same set of SCSI hard disk in case of a ML350 failure????

I have SCO Open Server 5.0.7 Installed, I've two 36gig SCSI drives in a RAID 1 controler mirroring, I want to be able to move drives from one server to the other without loosing data. I've try it but when the other server start the controler see the drives as new and wont boot from them
