Installation of RHAS4 on ML370 G3 fails

hello

I cannot install RHAS4 on a HP ML370 G3.
The installations always aborts when installing the kernel rpm.
I get this message on the console:

Kernel Panic - not syncing: kernel/module.c:2098: spin_lock (kernel/module.c:c034f1a0) already locked by kernel/module.c:2098

any ideas?
