Installing a hp SotorageWorks DAT 40 on a ML350 G4 Server

Hello.
I have a hp SotorageWorks DAT 40, when I use it in a ML350 G3 Server it works fine, but when I try to use it on a ML350 G4 Server, the server stops at the scsi devices inicialitation time. I am using SBS 2003 in both servers and their bios and firmware are updated.

hi, check both SCSI connectors sometimes 2 pins folds up and cannot recognize correctly the device.
