Installing win server 2003 on HP ML350 G5

Hi
I have been trying to install win server 2003 using the smart start suppled with the server but after setting array up and using Deploy button entering all details inserting disc 1 . It installs then after reboot it says NTLR is missing ?

Any ideas on how to install welcome
