Integrated Netraid Failure
I am still struggling to resolve my problem with my Integrated Netraid and my Netraid 3si.
I have a Netserver LH6000r. It has both a Netraid 3si card, and apparently a built in Netraid on the motherboard.
I am running Win2k Advanced Server with all the latest service packs installed, and what I believe are all the latest firmware updates.
In my Win2k device manager, I keep getting a yellow exclamation mark next to my "Integrated Netraid" device. My Netraid 3si is installed properly, and this is what all of my drives run off of.
When I boot the computer, I get an error 0076-98, which says that the Integrated Netraid failed to start. This is also what it says in Windows under the yellow exclamation mark.
I have flashed the BIOS for the server, however I have never been able to get the BIOS updates for the Integrated Netraid to recognize it and install. However, I am pretty sure this was updated when I flashed the system firmware.
Anyway, I really want to get rid of the boot error message saying the Integrated Netraid didn't start, especially because I am not using the Integrated Netraid for anything.
i would prefer to just turn it off altogether, but there doesn't seem to be a BIOS option to do this.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jon
