Loading FTDI USB Drivers Causes DL360 Server to Crash
Whenever I try to load the drivers from FTDI when I have more than one FTDI USB device downstream of any generic USB Hub, the Server crashes to blue screen. The SetupAPI.Log file shows the crash occurring just after the
#I123 Doing full install of "USB\VID_0403&PID_6001\A20E1C7P".
information line. Can anyone tell me what the OS is doing with the driver file at this point? Is this a problem with the HP Host Controller? Can anything in the FTDI driver cause the server to Blue Screen?
When I plug the same arrangement into the HUB one device at a time, it works fine.
