Logical drive

I have a HP Proliant DL3800 Server using Smart Array.
I have 4 hard disks in the server, actually I replaced with new hard drive that’s became problem. Recently, I create a logical drive and server does not boot at all. I got “non system disk error”. Please any one can help me. I have data on the server. I am running windows 2000.
