ml110 + raid card

I have bought the ml100 without onboard RAID controller, so I add STLabs ITE IDE RAID Controller.

Raid config works fine, but BIOS doesn't try to boot from RAID

Is there any ATA Raid controller which work fine with ML110?

I use PROMISE controllers (Fasttrak 100 TX2 and other) - works fine

I guess the IDE RAID controller won´t show up as "RAID" in the BIOS.
Which entries do you find there ?
Anything like "PCI IDE" or similar ?
