ML350 G3 crashing about every 12 hours - passes hw diags

I have an ML350 g3, running SBS2003 and SQL server.

it is regularly bugchecking with one of two codes:

There are precious few clues other than this.

Ideas as to where to start looking or how to unravel this?

Upgrade the system BIOS to the version dated 2004-09-15. Check out the revision history:

It was pretty out of date - updated.

Still no go however - crashed again several hours later.

Although the 2 bugchecks are the only type present in the logs, the majority are actually unexpected crashes, as though the system is resetting or power is winking:
