ML350 SmartStart Array Manager not seeing SCSI card
Proliant ML350G3 Smart Start array manager says it can't find any applicable RAID controllers.
Trying to convert from RAID 1 to RAID 5 before doing an O/S reinstall.

The exact error message is: ACU did not detect any supported controllers

Some standard configuration ML350 G3 sold only with SCSI on board, some standard ARRAY model sold with Array Controller, see POST messages if Array Listed or Open side Panel and See if there any additional PCI card. In ML350 there is no On-board Array controller - only regular SCSI.

Brad, another way to make sure is to know if your processor is 2.8 GHz or greater, if it acording to the above document it should come with the Smart Array 641 Controller, if yes please reply again for more troubleshooting.
