ML370 G2 error: 101 - I/O ROM Error

Hi all,
I have changed the ethernet controller 10/100 realtek 8139 with ATI-2916T gigabit controller.
when the server reboot, it's appair this error.
The controller it's good and new, but I don't say problem and solution. I have installed the last bios, but nothing.
