ML370G3 Thermal shutdown

server has 1 3.06 Ghz cpu with three non-redudent FAN located at location no 1,3 and 5. After upgrading ROM firmware and PSPs 7.40 this problem is not solved. Even after replacing systemboard and cpu with heatsink, the problem is not solved. Every 1 hour, the server gets restarted because of the overheating. Room temp is normal 22-23DC. The error in IML is saying that processor zone temp is exceeded and it is showing that sensor 2 is having temp of 72 DC in System Management homepage. Pls check the attached reports. Any idea what could be wrong?
