ML570 will not boot to newly loaded 2003 drive to finish install...

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I have performed the system erase, SCU, ACU and started performing the Manual OS install and once it reboots it will not start from the newly created logical c:\ drive.

BTW: I also never recieve a prompt durring boot to alter bootable SCSI arrays.
