Multiple bug checks on Server 2003 SBS ML350 G5

I am getting multiple bug checks on a ML350 G5 with Server 2003 SBS Service Pack 2. They are: 0x0000007A then followed by a crash with 0x0000218, and then 0x000000F4. These are indicated in the HP Proliant Integrated Management log viewer. I was getting just the 0x7A and the 0xF4. Hp is saying that this is an OS problem and not a mother board problem. I am using the SAS controller with SAS Drives and also have an LSI controller for a LTO2 Tape drive.
