Netserver E800 - PIII 733 to PIII 1.2 Upgrade

I have an E800 with dual PIII 733 processors and want to upgrade it with dual PIII 1.3 processors which I've freed up from some redundant kit. Both are spec'd at 133 Bus Speed.

Q. Will this be a simple swap, or will I need to ugrade the BIOS?

For those interested, no apparent BIOS upgrade was required, installed the 1.3's without issue, system running normally
