NIC cards ML350 G5 and Novell

I thought that PCI-X was PCI-X all around
but I purchased 3 - 3com 3C996B-T cards
and the server reports incompatable cards inserted in PCI-X slots 1 thru 3. I know PCI-X slot 1 is pci-x 133 and slots 2 thru 3 are Pci-x 100. What are the recommended additional nic cards I can purchase for slots 1 and 2.
