NVS 290 x1 on a ML150G5 E5405
I use the server for S/W development.
I try to install into it an HP nVidia QUADRO NVS 290 x1 (KN586AA).
I insert it into a PCI Express x4 slot.
I disabled Matrox G200e ServerEngine.
Windows Server 2008 x64 see it has a "Standard VGA Adapter" but with a problem - "This device cannot start. (Code 10)", "This device isn't using any resources because it has a problem.".
There is also a problen on "Intel ICH9 Family PCI Express Root Port 1 - 2940": "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.".
Newest nVidia driver (178.26) - certified for Windows Server 2008 x64 - don't recognize the card so I can't make full use of the card.
There is some procedure I forget to follow ?
Thank you.
